Issue discovered when rolling a course

Rolling a Course

Hello again everyone, 
I wanted to let you know about a possible issue when copying your courses in Canvas.  It appears some folks are selecting the "Adjust events and due dates" but when the copy/migration finishes,  the dates remain the same.  

Canvas Support has provided some information about a possible fix.  It may not work in all cases, but it's something to try until a permanent fix is available.  This screencast explains: http://screencast.com/t/uJ6A3pnK31R

  2. Instructure notified us that the fix was applied yesterday to our severs. You should not have problems rolling dates in Canvas for future course copies. Please use the gold Help link in the top-right of Canvas if you discover otherwise.
